CANCELLED East of Scotland Championship

We regret to inform you all that Stirling & Clackmannanshire County has advised Bathgate is waterlogged and the course has been closed.  The Head Greenkeeper is doubtful the course will be playable tomorrow and even if it is opened they will use winter greens.  Obviously that’s not suitable for competitive play so they will be unable to run the Championships.

A post has been added to the Stirling & Clackmannanshire County website also. Their Treasurer will arrange refunds for all the entries.

The Championship Committee are so disappointed after all the work that has been put into the day but weather is the one thing we have no control over.
