Midlothian are runners- up

Well it wasn’t to be today. After halving the foursomess in the morning in the deciding match against Angus, things did not go our way in the afternoon singles. We were beaten by a fantastic young Angus team who played the most amazing golf this afternoon and thoroughly deserved their win, the first in 104 years! But our team were fantastic and gave their all. We were runners up in 2009 and 2010, winners in 2011 and runners up again in 2012 – quite an achievement. Congratulations to Angus and well done Midlothian on another great performance.
