Babe Zaharias Competition – 21 August 2023 – Still spaces

There are still places left in the popular Babe Zaharias Competition which is hosted by East Lothian County and will be played at Musselburgh GC this year.

The tournament is held to perpetuate Babe Zaharias’ memory. Babe was an exceptional and multi- talented US athlete and golfer, winning amongst so many other medals and titles, the British Ladies’ Amateur title at Gullane in 1947.  She then turned professional and went on to win every major Ladies professional title before she died of cancer in 1956 aged just 45 years.
