The Autumn meeting took place at Murrayfield Golf Club yesterday. It was a bit of a mixed day with the remains of summer weather in the morning and heavy rain in the afternoon. There were many tales of woe and most found it tough going which was reflected in the scores. Then Louise Fraser (Kingsknowe) came along, and playing in the worst conditions later on in the day, she shot 72, 9 shots better than her nearest rival. Well played Louise – keep that form up for County Finals! The best nett score, other than Louise, was Fiona Ford (Murrayfield) with an excellent nett 70.

There was only one “two” by Ann Beedie (Glencorse) – and the money was rolled over from the summer meeting!! Well done Ann – cheque is in the post!!
