The squad have had two matches over this last week. Both very long standing committment.This was actually the 85th year of the SUGS match against Edinburgh University men.
The first was on the beautiful evening of the 25th against the Duddingston men’s team members.

Our thanks to Katherine for stepping in to play. Katherine has had a really good year so far at Mortonhall.
It was an honourable half mainly due to the shots we were giving the men! Maybe we play off scratch next year. They then treated us to a lovely lasagne and salad.

The SUGS match was one of these 4 seasons in one evening games. Ranged from lovely sunshine and wind to rain then hail that left the course completely white.
We did regain the trophy this year with a 4 nil win over the men.

It was lovely to see Emily out playing again with the squad and thanks to Jessica for making up the 8.
