Congratulations to Carys Irvine (Swanston New) who won the under 14 handicap and Emma Morrison (Craigmillar Park) who won the Under 16 category at the East of |Scotland Girls Autumn Meeting at Stirling Golf Club on Sunday.
Congratulations are also due to Carys who has become the Girls Under 18 handicap champion in the Stephen Gallacher Foundation’s Order of Merit.
An impressive 12 Midlothian Gilrls competed in the SGF competitions this season and the Final Leaderboard of the Girls Order of Merit included 6 Midlothian girls in the first 7 places.
The top 10 players have qualified for the “Race to Dunbar which is to be held on Sunday 19th October.
Well done girls and good luck at Dunbar.
