As you’ll be aware from previous posts, we are keen for our members to come together to celebrate, as a County. The last time we had a celebration event was 15 years ago for our Centenary Year. There have been so many successes worthy of our membership celebrating, e.g. this year, winning the Inter County Matches at Gullane and becoming Scottish County Champions after winning the Finals at Hilton Park – our last win was 10 years ago! Plus, there have been so many members’ successes over the past number of years that are worth celebrating.
I’m delighted to advise the MCLGA Committee has agreed to subsidise the event for members by way of a thank you, so we can come together to mark our success, relax and catch-up over the course of the afternoon, and to travel in daylight (where that’s a preference).
Your ticket price includes a welcome drink, 3 course lunch (menu option to be chosen in the booking form) and entertainment, which we are in the process of finalising. Our objective is to make the event a relaxed, fun afternoon with Midlothian friends.
