On Monday 15th May Midlothian held their annual commonwealth spoons
(Midsummer Foursomes) at Liberton Golf Club.  The weather was not as kind as of the previous week however Liberton Golf Course was in excellent condition with some great scores coming in.  The results are as follows:-

1st Scratch – Frances Douglas & Shona Morland (Ravelston) 80
1st Handicap – Liz Calder & Susan Rennie (Turnhouse and Longniddry)   75 – 10 – 65
2nd Handicap – Mandy McBain & Susan Randall (Carrickvale)   82- 12.5 – 69.5
3rd Handicap – Hilary Anderson & Fiona Tyrell (Craigmillar Park)   91 – 21 – 70
