On Midlothian’s website under ‘About MCLGA’ we have a tab headed ‘Archives Main Page – Trophy Winners’. We have managed to gather the information of all Trophy Winners since 1909 when the County was founded and reformatted the details in each document in order to load it onto the website.
Much of the information was initially gathered by Gillian Kirkwood when she Chaired the Midlothian Centenary Committee. Maggie McPherson gathered the Scottish County Champions when Midlothian had the Trophy in 2005 and she also researched the teams for the East Division Matches. Jacky Burnett gathered the information required from 2008 up to her Captaincy finished in 2018. On behalf of Midlothian County Women we would like to thank them all for taking the time to research and keep up to date the necessary information on the Trophy Winners.
