Karen Ballentyne from Craigmillar Park is our new Silver hole and hole champion. Karen played against Viv Mitchell from Lochend in a closely contested match. Karen was down in her match at the turn but turned things around in the back holes to win her match on 15th. Congratulations to Karen but also to Viv for managing to get into the final, a great achievement.
Clem Douglas from Turnhouse is our new Bronze hole and hole champion. Clem played in an “all Turnhouse final” against our own Shelagh McComiskey who records our scores for these competitions. Again the match was closely contended, with Clem just pipping Shelagh to win on 18th. Again well done Clem on her victory but also to Shelagh for finishing runner up.
