The Midlothian Team of Lucy Morrison (Craigmillar Park) & Molly Nicholson (Prestonfield Golf Club) played outstanding golf yesterday in the Kingsbarns Golf Links Classic.
The girls qualified to represent Midlothian by winning the scratch & handicap sections of the Midlothian Championships.
The format was a Texas Scramble & there were players representing 14 counties from across Scotland.
They were joined by the country’s top professional & internationalists including Beth Allen & the winning East Lothian Team who shot a 13 under par round with Midlothian’s Gabrielle Macdonald.
The Midlothian Team were alongside Jenny Potter & shot a 12 under par round & only lost out on the prizes on countback.
Lucy also got closest to the pin at the par 3, 8th hole & was only a foot away from getting her first hole in one 😉
