⛳️Kingsbarns Girl’s Classic

Last weekend Scottish Golf held their Kingsbarns Girl’s Classic (last held in 2019).

Each County is asked to select 2 girls to play alongside an internationalist or a professional golfer.
This year Midlothian were represented by Abby Steedman & Rita Murphy, both Murrayfield Golf Club.

They played alongside Claire Hargan, former Scottish Internationalist & six-time Midlothian Champion.

Both Abby & Rita acquitted themselves very well & had a great experience playing Kingsbarns & using the expertise of Claire, both as a player, & R&A Rules Manager.
Unfortunately they were not in the prizes (won again by Gabrielle Macdonald…..also Midlothian) but the day was a brilliant experience from start to finish.
